2013 ~ new year, new start...

i'm getting too old for this - trying to turn a new (healthy) leaf every year...

this time it's real: i'm leaving behind my old ED life. i'm learning that the voices never really disappear & that the mirror keeps lying most of the time...

BUT i choose LIFE now: health & fitness is my #1 priority. this is my fitblr with health/ fitness/ motivational posts for all joining me on this journey.
